The Parts Specialist is an essential component of our ability to provide quality rental equipment and to provide maintenance for the equipment we sell.

It is our mission to be a customer's first choice when renting or purchasing equipment in the Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties.

  • Develop delivery routes and maintain contact with drivers throughout the day
  • Keep log of delivery/set-up times
  • Communicate with the operations manager on inventory for delivery and pick up
  • Advise operations manager on utilization of drivers
  • Call clients to advise of delivery changes
  • Provide driver with route, mapping, and any specific delivery instructions requested by the customer
  • Monitor any sudden route changes or road construction issues and work with drivers to establish new routes for timely Advise personnel about traffic problems such as construction areas, accidents, congestion, weather conditions and other hazards
  • Maintain inventory control of warehouse and vehicles
  • Monitor personnel and/or equipment locations and utilization in order to coordinate services and schedules
  • Ensure that vehicles are maintained in a safe condition for operation by working with the driver and collecting completed safety inspection/safety checklists on vehicles
  • Comply with government safety requirements and other regulations and security in-store. Report any safety violations to supervisors
  • Other duties as requested


  • A high school diploma / GED, degree preferred
  • 3+ years of warehouse, delivery, or routing management experience
  • 1+ year of operations management or related management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize efficiently
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Skills in delegating, follow up, goal setting, planning, leadership building, multi-tasking, and teamwork
  • Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills
